Help, Brown Mold on buds. Good amount. Hate to throw it away. Put it all in freezer after harvest and discovery of mold. IS SMOKING MOLDY WEED REALLY DANGEROUS? and Is there any other way to salvage besides using alcohol? Is it safe to press the resin out with resin press? Thanks

NO it is definitely not ok to smoke.
There is only one safe thing to do with it - throw it away.
It is not safe for cooking with or making any sort of extractions either.
The mould spores are toxic, no matter what/how you prepare it.
Smoking it will damage your lungs and can lead to infections like bronchitis or pneumonia.
It is not a joke. It certainly is not worth the risk.
Unfortunately as growers we have or will have to one day all deal with this and sadly it is only safe for the garbage can.
Do not compost it either, the spores will multiply rapidly in any back yard composter and you will face problems for years.
These things teach us that we need to change our growing methods and how to avoid letting this happen again.

oh man, what a bummer. Seconding the comments below. I lost about an ounce the other week and it's heartbreaking, but it's not worth the risk! Commiserations.

You cannot save that at all. Do not smoke it at all. No matter what process you use bud rot must be thrown out! It can make you extremely sick! If you want to save the flower to press rosin cut all the bud rot out. Cut out more then needed. You can't risk pressing bud rot as it will ruin everything around it.

Ive found a total of 4 pollen pods. ive wiped the leaves from 2 that opened n spread the pollen on sum lower leaves. I don’t see any banana appendages. Hanging to dry and curing is a myth My friend was growing his first grow auto flower zkittles .. The plant started to dry of because she was at the endHe got mad and turned of the lights and never checked on the plants he gave up..
A year later I went to smoke with him.. I notice he still have the tent.. I open the tent and there it was the plant still. all dried up and cure
