What's causing damage on new growth?

Last week I noticed the new growth was coming out damaged. Ideas on what could cause this? Limited to new growth.

I'm having issue with slow growth, do take note that i had lighting problem in week 1 causing sprout to grow too high. It has been a few days since changing the light setup and i am able to see growth, however it is very slow. The leaves are growing too slow. What is happening?Week 1

Was stimmt hier nicht?Ein Freund von mir hat Probleme mit seiner Pflanze. Er führt leider kein Tagebuch. Sieht für mich aus wie PH Lock aber der PH Wert vom Drain lag bei 5,95 ... das sollte doch im Rahmen sein, oder? Gießwasser konnte ich leider nicht testen. Mites?Hi. What are these? Slow crawling, not fast or jumpy, about the size of this period . They swarm by the thousands after I water. Plants are doing great. I hit them with CannControl and Lost Coast, population has reduced a bit. I’m leaning towards soil mites. What do y’all think?Week 10
