the companion plants help but do not guarantee anything on their own.
is it isolated? if so, no wories. something crawled in there, took a bit and moved on. it'll happen more times than you ever notice.
otherwise, you really gotta figure out what pest is causing it to pick an optimal treatment.
anything with larvea, you're probably good with BTi top dressing or dunks in water tank. it technically only kills gnats and mosquitos on label, but it's going to fuck with virtually any relevant larva in you soil in my experience. it's an excellent preventative measure and if you start it up mid-poblem it'll take a while to kick in as it only impacts larva stage.
pyrethrins are a kill on contact spray you probably don't want to use in flower... even though it degrades quickly. being in flower, your options are severely reduced for the safety of your health.
give a good scan over plant, check udnerside of leaves for eggs etc etc... keep eye out fo more damage. may be a nothing burger.
