Anyone know what this is the beginning? Looked at the pictures of different deficiencies and excesses but the all seem to look similar off the start

Wonder if anyone can give me a diagnosis on what this is the beginning of? She is coming up on 6 weeks old, haven’t had any issues so far. Happy frog soil, no nutrients yet, strictly PH’d water between 5.9 and 6.1 for each watering.

Happy frog is at end of its life with 6 weeks and all plants under led seem to need more calcium. So I would also start feeding.

Sprinkle some Epsom salt mix in the first inch and water gently, about 2 tsp of epsom

What is this Brown Spot? Opinions?Any ideas what you think is causing this?😧
I had fungus gnats, then didn't water for a week to dry out/kill them. Watered with one gallon of distilled water w/mammoth canncontrol. I dont use nutrients or any additives just water/fox farm soil.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent.
