New grower: Is there anyway to find out THC % of your plant without smoking to see if it's any good?. I just planted seeds don't know the strain or what type whether hybrid idica or saliva. Is there a kit I can get?

If you search online you will find a few do it yourself test kits for home use.
Unfortunately I have seen no independent test results or reviews that confirm the accuracy of any home test kit. I really hope someone reading this forum works in a commercial lab and buys some home test kits to see if they are accurate. I follow the pot news in the US and Canada. Several times I have seen where the same weed was sent to several different commercial testing labs and usually at least one lab has a very different result than the others. This makes me think accurate testing is difficult.

Acidic soilDid a runoff test on a soil sample and the water went from 7.03 to 5.55. The Guano I used was highly acidic. Do I flush and resume my fertilizer schedule or do I ride it out and see if the plants can use it up? Minor stresses showing but its only been 3 days in the soil. WTD?Week 4
