Mars hydro I put my light 12-16 inches away and it’s perfect. Right from seed!

It looks good, just stretched a bit, cover the stem with more substrate or transplant into a bigger one.

Definitely stretching for light. Light needs to be closer to the plant.

Try bring light to 24-28in away if can’t due to other plants raise the pot closer to the light. Drop a stick in soil to help hold her up rite. try to get more air circulation going if u have a small fan maybe kick on your exhaust fan on more often. Amazon has some cheap usb desk top 6in fans I have in my tent just to kick the air around lower power usage an gets the job done.

Hey buddy, You might have the lamp too far away, which causes it to stretch a lot with weak branches + as you said, not enough air. The good thing during the vegetative stage is to give it some air so that the stem has movement, that way the plant understands it needs to thicken its stem to withstand that wind.
