I never top an auto and I am VERY sparing with pruning and removing leaves. Instead I do LST to spread the plant out and create more bud sites.

If your autoflower is growing fast and strong top it by week 2 or 3 and no later unless you know the Genetics. If it doesn't start flowering till around week 6 or 7 then you can top it a 2nd time during week 4.
Good example= fast and strong growing by week 2, then top. Recovery by week 3 with growth, then top again, recovery by week 4 and growth top again. Try to let your autoflower have 1 week to recover from topping. If your plants are extremely strong and show recovery or growth in a few hours like mine did, train it CONSTANTLY. Check my autoflower grow out.

Can I clone and mainline that bit I topped?Hi guys, if I top my Amnesia, I mean, literally top them, Like straight cut at the 4th node, maybe? and leave the other 3/4 node above..
