not the best idea to cut things off an autoflower -- you have limited vegetative growth and no control over it. If you take off a little nub, not much of a loss. If you take off 2-3 nodes of growth, that's lost yield more times than not. Better to train it in a good shape. DLI and canopy = yield. Training just distributes it more evenly across plant.

New nodes after topping very small, should I top more?I topped my plants a few days ago, but just the tips when the side nodes where just as little as a few mm. I've seen a lot of you topping like a whole bunch of the top. I mainlined my plants but I dont know if I should top them again so the nodes under the top become main nodes.

Is it bad to top an autoflower at this stage?I accidentally broke off the top of the plant while attempting to low stress train and now it came like this, kinda like topping.. is it bad to stress the plant this much since it's an auto on week 5? Honestly I think it's a mutant as it has lots of growth but stayed quite small.
