I had to leave my house because of works for 10 days and told my brother to take care of my plants but when i came back i saw trace of moisture. How can i save them ? Could i smoke the plant even if some buds have moisture on it ? And when should i harvest my plant for best THC ?

Even if those branches are ruined, you can still cut them away and cook them in coconut oil, making some edibles from em. I wouldn't inhale that, but would have no issues consuming it absorbed and decarboxylated in oil, ready to be eaten as it is, or used for baking/cooking.

Sorry to say but you got rot. All it takes is a couple Caterpillars to ruin a beautiful plant. I would discard all infected parts immediately and harvest the rest. I've had this heartache in the past. The risk of outdoors.

Picture 6 shows bad botrytis/bud rot - do not under any circumstances smoke it, it will make you ill. Harvest and dry now, peak THC occurs when the plant still has 5-10% white pistils, which your plant has passed some time ago. Hope this helps, Organoman.

That definitely looks like botrytis to me, if that's the case the least you must do is cut away all rotten flowers and don't smoke it, then make a decision on whether you keep a very close eye on it and leave it growing or cut it down good luck

Looks a little like bud rot in a few places. If it pulls away easily with a pinch of your fingers, then you have some rot as well. Discard any with rot if you do.

Your plants got too dry Is what looks like what happened. Plus your ph is off in substrate causing a lock out of nutrition.
