Is enough enough?

After a plant has been in flower for 5 weeks and has gone through basically hell for a plant, should we still try to bring her back to life? Heat Exhaustion, High PH in soil, and a drowning to get rid of spider mites. Doesn't look like she's doing anything anymore.

For non toxic options (you’re going to consume the flower, right?) : -Diatomaceous earth (non toxic white powder that shreds apart pests, no harm to plants) -Nematodes (you water them into soil, they kill pests from the inside out) -Lady bugs (they eat them up, no harm to plants) -Neem oil - dip your plants or foliar spray application -Essential oils (rosemary, oregano, mint, lemon, orange mixed with water foliar application) Food for thought, do some research on each. Good luck again

Okay.. just give your plant a real booster... Take 1 part peroxyde to 4 part water... Make a spary with it and spray all the leaf every days for 1 week. And let her ride. All spidermites will be dead all eggs will have hatched and died.. also poor that hydrogen peroxyde mix into the soil. It will oxygen the roots

Maybe the best idea would be to see if the plant feels better. And in this case, why not treat it with neem oil. And if it doesn't feel better or cannot be saved from the mites, then probably early harvesting is the option.

I would hate to toss a plant away after investing so much time in it. Decide by yourself, but for the future make sure where the spider mites came from infesting your plant (you said somewhere that you already had experience with them). It usually means you brought them inside (most do not fly and cannot move long distances). They are pretty hard to get rid of when a plant is that large using only water, i recomend using insecticide soap it helped me control their numbers in the past and it is non toxic also soluble in water which means you can spray them even in flowering if you commit on washing your buds when harvest comes.

@HighAltitudeOrganics: We only used water, no chemicals. We have had success with this simple method. However, this time it did not work, so I still have to get rid of the mites.

I’ve seen a lot worse looking plants. If you did not describe the events it’s gone through, I wouldn’t guess it went thru all that. I say let her continue to grow. You will at the very least learn something in doing so. If you need the space and are ready to pop more seeds etc then go that route if you please. I think you will end up with some nice buds if you don’t give up. Good luck I’ll be rooting for you
