The brown parts are botrytis/bud rot.
If there are only a very few white pistils left, she is ripe for harvest.
Harvesting sooner rather than later, and not giving the rot a chance to spread, is what I would be doing.
Cutting out the rot asap and carefully is very important. This needs to be thorough and done before hanging to dry, otherwise it will spread quite quickly amongst your drying flowers.
Cutting generously away now will prevent throwing out much more later on.
