1-2 minute videos are good, most people can't concentrate for 24 minutes, me included! As long as you tell them that this is what YOU do and it is not necessarily what everyone does or might even be incorrect, and let people make up their own mind, then why not make videos. Lots of short ones ae better than long ones and no music. I must say there are a lot of things you do that I disagree with, so you should be happy to receive negative feedback as well as positive comments. Picture tutorials can work too, a few words and let the pictures tell the story. I did one about germinating seeds in rockwool cubes.
