With greenhouse boo feeding, after mixing 50g of bio brow into the dirt can I use regular filtered water at pH 7.5? Or do I need to adjust pH to 6ish?

I use dry nutrients. I dont use the green house powders but I will say this:
pH every time, every single time.

Bad ph water, it bounces like a pogo stickMy city water supply sucks. The ph rises and falls in such a wide range that it is difficult to keep up to what it needs to level out the ph. I have seen 5.8 up to 8.9 just in the last month.
Is there a cheaper method than using the standard PH down?Week 8

When changing the weekly water, do you refill the basin with regular, then add a 1/4 cup.of water with the grow formula? Or, do you fill it all the way with the grow formula water? It's says to top off with regular water between changes, but nothing about the refill.Week 3

Am I watering too quickly?Someone suggested that I use this pump to remove excess water from my tray. It wasn't powerfull enough for that, but it works perfectly (I think) for slowly(ish) pushing a good bit of water to the plants. Is this too fast? Is it too slow? Does it really friggen matter? Spraying plantsI have been feeding the plant with some extra Canna BOOST in the spray and applying directly to all plants and not just the leaves.
