Chem Dawg photo period. ES 300 v3 @24” and 60%. Coco perlite. Giai Green 444, 284 & worm castings. Transplanted last weekend into 5 gallon pots. Since, brown spots started to appear on lower fan leaves. Any idea what’s happening? I want to flip 12/12 but want to resolve first.

To me it looks like a fungal problem caused by too much humidity combined with not enough air exchange. If you are using a humidifier, unplug it for a week and let the leaves/atmosphere dry out a bit. Your plant will be fine without a humidifier, in fact I do not see a reason to use one at all, cannabis is not a rain forest plant! Cheers, Organoman.

Looks like just a little transplant shock. As long as your pH is in range and you didn't over do it on the gaia green, it should snap out of it with in the next week. Just remember your PH is critical. Hope you did half 444 and half 284 and didn't double up. That would cause some rusty brown toxicities. ✌️
