If you go to my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7 I have posted pictures of both male and female primordia/pre-flowers and this may help you to decide what is going on with your plant.

Sorry dude, but impossible to tell from the footage you posted.
Try adding a couple/a few clear, close up pictures of the suspect areas, taken in normal white light, and pictures, not shaky video and then someone may be able to help you with an answer.

Hard to tell but. Keep a close eye on it. Female will stay close to the main steam an have no steam itself along with one white hair coming out. Males will steam out away from the main branch an start to resemble bananas
