so ... nice lamp ... i use a cfl. you have to recreate the zenith ... 4-5 even 6 hours ... 45 seconds are few .... you also have to calculate the percentage of UV 10-15% of the total watts. remember that UV inhibits cell expansion. more compact vegetative plants if high UV / blue light
