What could cause this burn mark?

It's all good 👌 their just the jump starter leaves, the plant has no use for them once big enough. All looks good carry on as you are .

Yo le diría que no se preocupe , ya que es menos del 1% del total de sus hojas con ese color , esto es común cuando la planta ya tiene más de un mes de vida y en sus hojitas más viejas se hacen presente estos colores ... también puede ser por quemadura como dijiste en tu comentario ,pero no es nada para preocuparse...van genial ! Saludos

I wouldn’t read into anything much concerning the cotyledons once you heave established leaf sets already.. as long as your actual leaves are looking good, and they do appear to be, you’re in good shape!
