Issues with fastbuds seeds?

Although no longer a grower of autos, I have had virtually 100% germination with any Fast Buds seeds, just by growing them directly in soil and keeping them moist. Big ones, little ones, it did not matter. Quality of the plants was another matter all together. You are doing something wrong, it seems, they have proven to be no harder to germinate than any other cannabis seed in my experience (40-50 Fast Buds seeds plus thousands of others).

If I plant them directly into the medium they never pop doesn't matter if it's deep or shallow or alot of water or a little I've tried many different techniques and tho I am new to this app I am not new to the garden. These seeds do not grow any other way other then germinating then once they pop I have to remove the seedling from the rest of the shell split a cube down the middle and insert the seedling with the tap between the cube and the leaves just above it. I have literally been through 20 or so seeds and this is tho only method that allows them to grow and its bs

With all seeds the best thing to do is give them a soak for 3-6 hrs to soften up the outer casing of the shell. If you plant the seeds a little deeper it should fix your problem in the future. Best of luck on your future seeds.

The seeds themselves. Yes I scratch them off myself and check they are most certainly Official.

Are you talking about the literal seeds being problematic or the plants/genetics? I never had an issue with Fb germinating. Where did you buy them from? In original packaging? Soak them in bottled water for 24 hours, then switch to a moist paper towel (keep it in a warmer area in the dark). 2-4 days later you should have a decent tap root ready to plant. It’s not uncommon to have to remove the shell to give the plants a little boost.
