I agree with
@ChitownCannaChica …. I noticed that the “wtf are those” picture appears to be springtails. Springtails are beneficial detritivores that rapidly decompose organic matter and cycle nutrients. But keep in mind if there is an abundance in a small container that can indicate overwatering but no need to get rid of them as they will eat whatever nutrients your plant cannot and then digest it into something that the plant can actually use. They are exclusively used in terrariums to keep the enviroment clean and I have tons in my no till beds that decompose everthing that my worms cannot. I hope this helps!
