pH/EC/Medium issuesI have turned off CO2 because the amount these tiny seedlings are using is so small that the CO2 in the room remains around 450 nevertheless. I can turn on CO2 as soon as needed however.
I am using pH paper strips to be sure. I bought some different light mix for seedlings.Week 2

Springtails in Waste water CoCoHi all, I have just watered my almost 3 week old plants, they are in coco, and I collect the waste water to measure my PH values. To my great surprise I saw something moving in my waste water (see photo).

Root rot DWC?Is this the onset of root rot or just normal staining? The tank doesn't smell bad but I haven't used any temperature controls in this bucket. Res ChangesHey, guys don't judge me for this one but when you do res changes in hydro where do you keep your plants in net pots while you scrub down? lol. I have been putting them in a bathtub with cold water but how long will they be ok without airstones etc? I just never thought about it5y ago

Mesh plastic pots and root health?Is using these mesh plastic pots going to give me issues with lights getting to the roots for young seedlings? I plan to transplant into fabric pots well before they fill these up with roots, but they will likely be in these mesh plastic pots for 2ish weeks.Week 1

Help with root containment - How would you solve or battle this?The roots grow through the net bucket and a mesh net I use for containment. Micron size too big, roots grew through. The mesh bag was a 2nd attempt at root containment. 3rd attempt will be very fine micron mesh screen. What could be a good way to deal with this?Week 13

Leaning Plant /Could really do with some advice on the lean if anyone has any? Should I dig her up very carefully before her root mass gets too big and try to straighten her out? Should I put a little gardening stick in there and tie the stem to it to support her?

FlushingShould flushing have any runoff? Also how will they react when I flush and the pH has been to high? Was 7 and I put 6.1, 1.7L, got around 0.3L runoff. Also one girl isn't drinking, been 3 days and still wet whilst the others want more. Should I harvest her? Thanks

I dropped my once healthy seedling, canna ambulance needed!!My crit auto was growing just fine in a cup for 10 days (I’m a newb and obvs now I know not to transplant autos, but hey 🤦♀️🏽) anyway today clumsy/accident/fall/landed head first! Super low runoff PH, even after corrective measures being taken. Plant otherwise okay, but probably isn't taking all her nutrients.My runoff PH has been hitting mid-5s, even after flushing (w/ & w/o additive). Been trying to raise with higher PH water, used 7.25PH water today and the runoff was still 5.56. She looks healthy other than some discoloration in some leaves, so it isn't killing her but.....????5y ago

Little White Bugs in my coco?I appear to have little white bugs in my coco? What are these and how do I sort this. Good thing is in my second tent I am using completely seperate equipment and it appears to only be in the week 7-8 tent. The week 3-4 tent is unaffected.Week 4
