Drooping plants

Please help. Plants are super droopy and looks unhappy. Why are my plants so droopy? Under watering is not it, I raised my lights thinking it was burning them, it happened right after my first flower feed but no signs of nuts burn. I’m leaning towards overwatering? Any advice?

Ph could be an issue I switched from watering with Deere park spring water to well water but the ph was pretty much the same. Maybe a .1 off. I wouldn’t think it would make a huge difference. Yes it’s still damp under the first layer of soil. Holds water for a couple days. This is an answer for both answers/questions. Thanks.

Make sure your water ph going in is in the correct range for your chosen medium, and your runoff is in range. Wait for top inch of soil to dry inbetween watering. When watering water until you get 10 to 20% runoff. Also make sure water isn't to cold.

Put the light back where it was. Feel your soil, lift the pot, how does it feel? Still holding water?

So I’m only giving them about quarter of a gallon every 2 days. It was all fine until this past week and they just started acting crazy. The nutrients are top dressed so gonna be hard to remove them. I feel like they are overwatered. I gave them a hefty dose of water 2 days ago thinking it was under watering them and it didn’t help. Moved my light up higher and turned it down. Still nothing. It has stunted the growth of my plants and they haven’t grown in like 4 days. Send help!! Lol

If this happened right after your feeding/watering then you overwatered it.
