She's not looking too well pale and light green any thoughts on what's wrong with her and what should I do? I hope she survives The soil mix contains a blend of sphagnum moss peat, compost, worm castings, perlite and I've watered her only with clean water ph; 6.5

The compost and the worm castings might be a little too hot for a seedling to handle. I’m using a Sphagnum/coco/perlite mix with a low charge that lasts up to ten days and even that may be too hot for a seed. Try using like a happy frog or something where there aren’t much buying in the soil. A seed has enough inside it to sustain it for the first week of life. Anyway that’s what I think. Cheers.

Ph is too high and not enough perlite in mix.

Looks like you may have over watered her. At this stsge I would normally use minimal amounts. 50 to 100ml per 24h or when the soil dries out. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like your whole pot is wet. Maybe let her dry out a bit
