I think what I'm seeing here is too much nitrogen - in flower, plants don't need as much nitrogen as they do in veg and too much of it can result in a lockout of other important nutes such as calcium. Now, I don't see that you have a lockout yet - I don't see a calcium deficiency - but that could be in your future if you don't knock back on the nitrogen. Canna A is the culprit here... it's got an NPK of 4-0-1 while Canna B is 0-4-2 ... so what I would suggest is to give her plain water for a week (pH'd, of course) and when you resume nutes, cut the Canna A in half. I think adding the PK is a good move as well...
