Can anyone help with my girl?

Having some issues with my girl in the back. Can anyone help me that’s experienced this type of issue. Two days ago she’s looked happy and thriving. Now I’m seeing some leaf curl. Is she hungry? I haven’t given her the first feed.

Looks overwatered and the soil looks like it’s logged. Have a good dry phase when using soil. Do the weight method or knuckle method.
Overwatering can cause many different issues in soil.

it's time to give'em a new pot plus try to learn the weight metod👌if you are not confident,u can use a scale.
for example,if yopur pot is 1 kg,watered shold be 1,5 kg 👍

Your plants have out grown their little cups. It’s time to give them a new bigger home.
Leaves curling like this is first signs of the plant starting to get root bound.

So I noticed on day 6 she started to stretch, she was the leggiest out of all 4. I swapped out the cup as it had a surround on it for jug to improve light.
I think this has helped.
BUT her cotyledons are very dark green and curling down and under, and her top is smaller+darker??

Autos reacting to All-Mix: Slight nitrogen overload?Pheno one showed very "leathery", weak, hanging leaves of dark green. Same time the fungus gnats had a run and the population doubled. After second LST also the stronger plant showed those signs on the younger upper leaves. Also curled down a little. Slight nitrogen toxicity?

Has anyone got experience of using living soil with rain water? Apparently the ppm is too low (just like RO water) for the plant to take in nutrients.

PLEASEE help me find the issues with 2 of my seedlings (3 seeds are from the same autoflower strain and its their day 5 in the soil after germinating withPlant 1 is growing with weird leaf shape and size (there is a mini seedling next to it that i havent touched yet and i dont know what it is!)
Plant 2 grew with 1 totally bent down initial leaf and the new pair of leaves that are curled inside.
As reference plant 3 has been great

Pheno 2: Doesn't bounce back, not overwatered but shows symptomsPheno 2: Symptoms as if overwatered and over-fertilized (N). First can't possibly be true, second neither. Neatly monitored dry and wet periods. PH dialed in. It still grows. Pheno 1 gets treated completely the same and does fine. Instability or damaged DNA? Any possibly to save?

Nutrient & critter problems need 1-2weeks from harvest need adviceThe plant is a couple weeks of harvest but has some issues. (Some kind of nutrient lockout or deficiency can't tell what tho, pH is fine at about 5.8)
And I got these annoying critters that seem to live on the soil (but aren't touching the plant)

Curled leaves and brown spotsPlease help! My Acapulco Gold suddenly showed leaf symptoms today. Shouldnt be a lock out, I always water with drain and use lower doses than the BioBizz chart recommends. Used Molasses two days ago, could that be the cause? Its the only plant that shows this signs.
