Removing plant from tent during light cycle in flower.

Yea sorry i must have worded the question poorly, i would be removing DURING the light cycle, the dark cycle i’ve told my wife/kids no one is to enter the laundry room from 9pm to 9am. I just didnt know if pulling it out into a way less intense light to water/trim would be stressful during light hours

Yes it will harm your plant any light pollution in her dark periods will cause her ALOT of stress. What you can do though if you really arnt around when the lights are on is get a green light. or a green led strip and place that in your grow room and use that light to defoliate your plants. Green light is the only light that is not absorbed directly via the plant now it can absorb it in a light specturum obviosuly but on its own its compleatly harmless to cannabis plants I personally flood my grow room with green light so if there are any light leaks the light that gets in cannot harm my plants :) cheap and easy just order so of them led strips from amazon about 5 pounds and some blue tack jobs a good un then you can dance around your plants at night if you wish :) best of luck for the rest of the grow :)
