Uv lighting

Is it beneficial using uv for veg or just flower? My light has a veg/bloom/uv toggle.

Use the uv a the same as your normal lighting. The sun does not have a bloom and veg function or uv on or off. So run normal hours as other lights. Good luck and happy growing 🌱🌱🌱

Definitely best for flowering, but I have heard people say they use them for a few hours each day too. I run 2 TS1000 and a Growers Choice CMH 500watt with 3kR bulb. I don't really look into UV to much honestly. Sorry I couldn't tell you more.

I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!H50cm W37.5cm L57cm Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing. Hello,I'm gonna be running a test 6400k cfl vs sunmaster hps,been reading and reading and blue light crops up alot for veg so,I'm gonna grow one under the cfl one under the hps and one in the middle of the 2.will it shock my plant putting light schedule to 24 and adding the blue?

Is your machine helper leaking light?Everyone has their ACs and dehumidifiers and whatnot machines in the grow space. Are you covering every little light of those machines in the flowering chamber? Many hermies will be avoided with some aluminium tape. Stay safe, cover those lights and grow ganja!
