My plant did this, loads of premature hair on calyxes on stem intersections. It is a sign of your plant slowly reaching maturity, it should start flowering within a week.
At closer inspection I don't see any, but i would wait to switch the light time till other plant is at its flush time if you flush. In order not to rob it of any light while it is bulking.
I’ve seen that before. I believe it just shows that the plant is mature and ready for flower. The first sign of maturity is the branches stop growing directly across from each other they start taking growing up the main stem one at a time as that plant is clearly. I would just say she’s happy and ready for action 😁
