What site did you order them off of? Was it really barney farms official site or a clone to look like it? Did they give you any tracking or confirmation the order was placed/paid? Do you have proof the funds cameing out of your account be it crypto or bank or creditcard? maybe the payment never went through? Have you checked your spam folder in email? might be lost emails in there, you should have gotten some sort of confirmation email before, if not, maybe you entered the wrong email on the order form or the order did not process on their end? Have you contacted their rep on this site and asked for support? I find its always best to have communication with any company on paper so it can be referenced later. even the lack of replies is a good thing to show how you are reaching out and they are failing to respond. I have not heard of barney farms scamming anyone, always views them as a trusted brand and reseller. You could always order off of attitude seed bank in the UK. they have worldwide shipping and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I did get a shipment once from a diffrent brand that was very late, I thought it was not going to show, I called my credit card company and issued a charge back for the purchase. anything not received by 90days from paid invoice is subject to refund by my card holder agreement. A month later it showed up,100-120 days total, that company did not reply to my questions either so I took action, it also fucked with my plans of growing that year. So its best for the company to try and resolve outstanding issues. Best of luck getting the seeds, use the resources at hand, and if you have proof of funds coming out and it was with the official barneys farm brand you dealt with, write on their page so others know the experience you had. but give it 90 days before doing anything.

They will come. They sent me 5x5 packs and a load of other freebies for nothing. They are up there with the best. Email promo@barneysfarm.com or .org I can't remember. £250 for nothing. You could dm them on

If you live in the US, they can get seized. The United States has a few dumb laws with some gray areas. Souvenirs (collectables) are okay to be shipped. Once you grow them in soil is a different story. Nevertheless, packages can and sometimes do get seized either from the departing or incoming country on the inbound or outbound customs. It is simply a numbers game. Barneys farm is a reputable company, however anyone can sell you some seeds and tell you its X Y or Z. If you ordered from a repuable tompany just reach out to them and let them know. They may or MAY NOT give you a refund as most websites have a stipulation or warning before you place your order.

Hello. If you go to the breeders page and click on Barney Seeds. When the page comes up look in the right and find the official rep. The rep has their own page where you can leave a message. Chuck. It's sort of funny, the rep only has 7 likes but is following 4k.

Its been quite a while since I ran some barney's seeds, off memory it took about 2 weeks tops for them to arrive in the post. That's to the UK. It may take longer depending on your region.

They have always been a reputable company from my understanding. I would e mail them. Where I am it takes like 4 to 6 weeks even longer to get stuff from across the pond.

They have operated a long time. Not a scam. I'm not defending any potential retaliaation, but if you pestered them and acted like an ass, that can have an effect on the customer service you receive. remain polite throughout thehe process even if it was their incompetence that caused it. Relax, unless customs nabbed it, i'm sure they'll correct any issue they have control over. In the USA there's an account the USPS offers called "Informed Delivery" .. you can see packages heading to your home address. it may not show up until it passes customs of originating country. Even if they shipped it without 'tracking', all first class mail in US gets tracking for free through USPS. If not in usa, maybe there is a similar program from your postal service? worth a look.
