How to treat my medium coco peat mix

My growing medium is “Coco peat” come in solid block, then I mixed with 60/20/10/10 Cocopeat/perlite/vermiculite/peat moss
My question is should i treat my plant as coco grow instruction or as soil? in term of water and feed.

Once seed cracked i planted seed on this soil. Is it too strong for the seedling? Am i already in trouble? xPIt's from Geolia, ph5.5-6.5.
