18/6, plants actually need a decent dark period to complete their photosynthesis cycle and have a correctly balanced metabolism. 24/0 is a botanical no-no. Everything on planet Earth needs an awake/sleep cycle, otherwise known as a "circadian rhythm". Besides, 18 hours of growth is about all a cannabis plant can safely achieve during one 24 hour cycle. No need to be greedy and push your plants to the absolute limit, treat them with love and respect and they will reward you with prime quality flowers! Hope this helps, Organoman.

18 or 20 hours a day, set it on a timer and keep the timer cycle constant and dont change your cycle even if maintaining the same duration. I believe in night times for recovery periods, some say 24 but you dont have any recovery period in that time and it is believed that in flowering, trichome production is heavy in the dark. At the end some say put your plants in the dark for a few days, some don't. A good time to run your lights is turn off at 12:00 mid day and then go on at 16:00 or 18:00 and they run all night until lunch time next day - this will help you keep your peak temperatures down.
