Heyho, something new again...
overnight this nice little mushroom has grown... Does anyone know what kind it is? I was able to remove it very generously with all the roots, but damn, where did it come from?

It looks like an amanita abrupta to me - don't eat it.l
A single mushroom spore would be basically invisible to the naked eye and could have come from anywhere, they grow in conditions with good levels of organic decay meaning your soil is very healthy but you did the right thing removing it.
