Honestly I hear great things about Mars Hydro and Spyder Farmer. Theyāve got some great lights at a decent price point.
I mean I run HLG and Iām all for pushing them but theyāre not exactly budget friendly.
You should definitely do some research into what youāre buying. Thereās a lot of crap out there that make false claims. Buy the best light you can possibly afford is my advice to you.
Your plant depends on you to make the sunās rays. Shit light equals shit bud.
You need something that can push 900 PPFD minimum if you plan on having anything of decent quality.

Growing out instead of up.Please help out! I moved it into a new pot and topped it last week as suggested.
Also new ViparSpectra light at 45cm away @80% power.
Nutrients/food yet to arrive.
It seems to just be growing out instead of up, and starting to see some white/ burnt looking spots.

When to flip LED's 'bloom' switch on?When's the best time to flip the 'bloom' switch on my LED with an auto?
Should it be at the first sign of pistils or is there a better time to do so?
I have already flipped the switch for this plant and kept photo-period the same, looking for info for next grow.

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. For the indoor part, can I use a setup with 18 hour light schedule? Or should it be 12 hours? I don't want to trigger flowering when I put it outside.Setup. Lighting

Light doesnt cover every potSo i've got 2 plants under one cfl lamp and i observed that that 1 girl is reclining to the right.
As i see my Cfl this girl is standing right below the plastic part of the cfl and obviously gets less sun.
