Can anybody help me identify this issue it’s taking over one of my better plants! Don’t know if it’s a lockout or calcium deficiency or what it is?!

Banana Blaze brown spotsSoil was missing for my Banana Blaze, I used some general soil.... but I now have some brown spots on the leaves.
Any idea of what is occuring ? I changed form 1L pot to 3.5L pot and stuffed the pot with half general soil...not a good idea I know :-/Week 6
