Water enough until water comes out the bottom of the pot (to run off) and water from edge to edge, so that the entire pot is moistened. Watering to run off helps to prevent nutrioent salts from building up to toxic levels. Re-water once the top inch or so has dried out, your finger is the most effective moisture meter in the world. Your plant looks normal, growth rate is fine. Topping and LST at the same time is also fine. Plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed, so that your plant is being fed every 10-12 days is a good routine. I would drop the bloom nutrients and up the grow nutrients a bit, bloom is for when the plant is, welll.... , blooming. For some other general advice, please read the answers I gave BakedPanda (how long until harvest?) and slothasor (deficiency or nute burn?) located on this page, just a couple of questions up from your question. Hope this helps, Organoman.

She is looking B-E-A-UTIFUL!!! Seriously, dark green leaves and new leaf development tell you everything. You're doing great, KEEP IT UP. As for your question on watering, I get to know how much my plant weighs when she needs water and when she is full, this method has never failed. Growth looks strong. That older leaf looks like there was a Nitrogen deficiency/toxicity in the past but not showing on the new leaves. Happy Growing!!
