Water enough until water comes out the bottom of the pot (to run off) and water from edge to edge, so that the entire pot is moistened.
Watering to run off helps to prevent nutrioent salts from building up to toxic levels.
Re-water once the top inch or so has dried out, your finger is the most effective moisture meter in the world.
Your plant looks normal, growth rate is fine.
Topping and LST at the same time is also fine.
Plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed, so that your plant is being fed every 10-12 days is a good routine.
I would drop the bloom nutrients and up the grow nutrients a bit, bloom is for when the plant is, welll.... , blooming.
