I am asking for advice, is it possible that my plants got too much fertilizer. I watered them in the fourth week, I gave them 0.5ml per liter once CalMag, Bio-Bloom, TopMax, Fish-mix,Biobizz then during the 7th week 1 ml per liter CalMag, Bio-Bloom, TopMax, Fish-mix,Biobizz

Too much calmag and not enough base nutrient. They're hungry buddy. I'd drop the calmag and up the fishmix and bio-bloom.

It's more like over watering or watering to frequently. Next time soak your medium so you have plenty of run off then wait for top inch of soil to dry before next watering/feed.

That's a nute burn. Not too heavy though. Dial back on the nutes. The brown spot indicates magnesium lockout. Usually because of ph issues. Flush her with ph balanced water (with some lemon drops or add 20 % carbonated water)

It doesn't look like you over fertilized, I would check the pH of your soil/run off to see if those are in range. Looks like it's a start of nitrogen deficiency.
