I use GH Flora Trio at Med. strength for Double Chocolate. It loves nutes! That's for soil/perlite in 2gal pot. I do 3 feeds to 1 water. I'm on my 3rd Dbl C, from seed (Canuk), and they seem to drink daily and love nutes. Hope this helps.

A basic ratio that has been used is a Veg 3,2,1 transition 2,2,2 flower 1,2,3 For veg - Grow 3ml/L, Micro 2ml/L, Bloom 1ml/L For Transition- Grow 2ml/L, Micro 2ml/L, Bloom 2ml/L For Flower- Grow 1ml/L, Micro 2ml/L, Bloom 3ml/L Always mix Micro first then the others it does not matter the order. Lazuli is also correct and you can use only the micro and bloom. If you look up "Lucas Formula" you can find more information about it.

I grow with promise hp as well. Your ph needs to be at 5.5 to 6.0 for veg with 5.8 being your best setting. 6.0 to 6.5 for flower time. If your growing photos from day 1 in promix you start at 400 ppm 0.8 ec from sprout. If you see good growth the next week, up the feed by 100 ppm 0.2 ec. Do this every week until you hit 800 rpm. By that time they should be ready to switch to flower. If their autos start at 200 ppm 0.4 ec and increase the same way but stop at 600 ppm 1.2ec. Micro and grow for veg and micro, bloom and a little grow while in early actual flower. All u need is the black and red bottle, micro and bloom 1ml/L micro, 2ml/L bloom thats around 450-500 ppm. Once u flower u can double 2ml/Lmicro 4ml/L bloom People who use the green bottle mostly get nitrogen toxicity, theres enough nitrogen in the micro alone
