Bugs or nutrient deficiency?

Take a peek on the underside of the leaves if its a nasty thats where they like to hide look in your soil if your giving it too much water then it will attract bad things young plants dont need much try only watering the base of the plant and not saturating the whole medium then only water when dried out. curling leaves from the sides is a clear indication of either heat or light stress. move your lights higher abit :) best of luck
