Look into VPD charts - you may be able to increase your RH% significantly enough to reduce your temps, allow best transpiration rates and avoid budrot but make sure you keep your airflow, fans and extraction working hard to support it, I had those temps in summer and plants were fine :)

Hi. You have hope) Note the following moments when growing: 1) At the vegetative stage of growth, the temperature plays a smaller role. When the plant starts blooming, try to reduce the temperature to the recommended one. Once, I had to open my tent and put a large cooler for cooling plants. 2) The temperature of the Earth and the roots should be lower than the air temperature. Do not give pots to heat up. It may be necessary to protect them from light. 3) Read about such a phenomenon as "transpiration", for example, here https://www.greenspirit-hydroponics.com/blog/humidity-and-your-grow-ROM/ It is important! 4) If there is a lot of leaves, you may need to apply defoliation to avoid the overheating of the bush. Read how to do it right. I'm sure we will succeed! But you want a big and tasty harvest? To do this, learn new) success)

This summer I had temperatures like that and more. Not perfect but with strong extraction and fans ar max speed you Will be alright! Ice and water near fans Will help, as said before, but not if you are on floration stage becouse it will rise humidity a lot. Hope it helps and good luck!

I dont know your living arrangement but I have seen outdoor grows in Karakum Desert that lower temps using earth mounds to cool. https://earthshipbiotecture.com/cooling-tubes/

An evaporative cooler may help. It won't reduce temperature much, and have to consider what it does to RH%, too. Also, ambient RH% impacts how much it helps.. lower ambient RH% means it will drop temp further than higher RH%. you are at upper end. Are you experiencing any issues with plant if not, i wouldn't worry too much. Relative to genetics, may get a bit fluffier buds in high heat vs a cooler temperature. But, if you have no way to prevent it, no reason to fret over it.

Yes, if your outside you should be alright and if your inside then add some more fans, plenty of people have grown around 32, it's not great but people have. You could always add a bucket of ice near a fan to blow cold air around
