for starts Im not sure what bugs they are but you need to get rid of them they dont look like lace wings or lady birds so they are probably harmful. Now the yellowing is usually down to nitrogen if the top of the plant is green growth and the bottom yellow then its nitrogen pretty much guarenteed so up her feed she needs more she will also need some more cal mag too. I would advise fighting whatever that insect is then moving on to feeding your ph is fine so its not that try letting her dry out then upp your grow feed and see how you go in flower they dont need much nitrogen but they still need a fair bit as it is a mobile nutrient within the plant meaning its in constant use by the plant :) Best of luck im sure you will be fine mr wackeytobaccy i hope your not smoking that stuff i hear it causes you to relax and have a good time who wants that ;)
