Is this little one okay?

Wouldnt worry about it a seed can take from anywhere between 12 hours to 7 days to germinate and its just a trait of the pheno type from my experience and also the health of the seed must come into consideration too seeds are usually best grown in a window from 6 months from harvest and then further on from there there is about a years gap i beleive depending on storage that it will stay alive after that some seeds can stay alive upto 50 years in a fridge :) thats why that seed bank thing is in a cold place lol incase you were wondering if there ever was a nucular war Im pretty sure Sativa is in the vault so those of us that survive we can still smoke bud eventully hehe what a great world we live in :) though this plant looks completely fine to me plenty of green growth could be smaller but thats where the plant is reaching for the blue specturum in the light thats why they grow like that if you had a full specturum light at the correct distance that would not happen :) best of luck my friend for a happy hearty harvest :)

She looks fine to me. Some seeds perform better than others. This one in question may be a little slower than the rest of your plants. But all in all she looks good and has a nice colour. Take a look at my Diary of Jane. She started off wayyyy janky. I was gonna give up on her and a friend told me to stick with it. She ended up being my rock star out of the 5 seeds I started on that run. Keep the environment on point and she’ll take care of you. Happy grow bro 🤙
