What is this new growth

I have fresh green growth with new white pistils on mature buds. Plant is in the fade stage with leaves going yellow. Buds look ripe but there are still no Amber trichomes.
What is this fresh green growth ?
Should I harvest now and not wait for trichomes to turn Amber ?

That's foxtailing, which could be a result of heat stress or being pushed past her due date

Yeah this new growth, looks like the start of foxtailing, to much light stress dim you lights or raise the hight, as it will start on every cola

Yeah starting to foxtailing, too much light or stress, some plants are more prone to do it then others... Don't worry about that, cut when buds are ready and don't wait for those new ones to be mature!😎

Bud too close to the lightHi. The main bud on one is 10cm from the light. I cant raise the light any higher and have a bit more vertical growth to go. Shall I remove the bud at a lower artery, or leave it and bend it around the light somehow?? Don't want to loose the main bud but will if I have to?!?

Are these calyxes or do I have a herm?I'm noticing these on my plant. They all have pistols coming out of them so I don't think they're pollen sacs. I did find some pistols have changed orange this morning but it could be a fan that was blowing on them (yeah, I know I gotta fix that). 1st grow so I'm concerned.
