Hey everyone, to bring more energy and development to the bigger buds, can I cut the smaller buds like the ones in the photo? If so, which ones would you recommend? Without causing any harm, of course. Thanks!

Yes, but I’d only remove the lowest, weakest bud sites that clearly won’t reach good light. Those little sites along the shaded lower part of the branch are the main candidates. This is basically lollipopping: you’re not magically “sending energy” to the tops, but removing low-value growth can improve canopy efficiency and airflow. Do it early in flower rather than continually cutting throughout bloom. From this picture I’d be conservative — she isn’t excessively crowded. Keep the healthy fan leaves and productive upper sites, clean up only the obvious bottom fluff, then let her grow.

Once the bud sites start forming, removing lower "suckers" probably isn't going to re-distribute much mass. Better to clean that up before flower starts, then maybe some selective pruning later if you think some congestion will form in the ~4weeks of growth that occurs after flip. this plants size shouldn't require much pruning at the bottom, if at all... a little larf doesn't hurt, and it's good to err a bit on that side if maximizing yield is important. Freeze any larf (don't even have to dry it) and when you have enough, make some bubble hash. nothing is wasted... full utiization.

The smaller buds only hold a plant back to a certain degree. but in your case you have plenty energy available for the amount of tops so cutting anything off the bottom is only going to reduce your yield. and typically I tent to leave autoflowers alone that I dont train at all and just let grow their natural structure.

There is nothing to be removed, plant too small, sun will penetrate everything. Make sure that you give good feed and have good watering regime.

If there's any fluff at the bottom then remove lollypop style if you haven't already. Too much nitrogen causing the claw

You can remove all the shoots that aren’t getting any light or are growing significantly below the other shoots. How long have you been in the flowering stage? I remove all the weak shoots on day 21 of flowering. By then, you can be sure that the stretch is over. The plants handle it easily when you remove 2–3 shoots. :)
