that's a sac... carefully pull it before it opens up. see how you can almost see something dividing the pod up in sections -- also a easy way to distinguish from a calyx. those sections are what split open to reveal the anthers, or 'nanners' ... thoroughly check the plant.. it's really late to see this, so i think this is stress realted vs natural herm? but who knows. these can even be buried under older layers of calyxes and not easily seen, but still pumping out pollen. if you can isolate that's teh best way to go if you need the extra yield and cannot forego it. daily inspections even so... and always do chores in hermie area at end of day.. don't go from hermie to normal plants, obviously.

nanners are more "normal". Fully forming pollen sacks are not. That's a pollen sack in my eye. Could be wrong though. Been wrong before.

With hermies from my experience the pollen sacks tend to form lower down and around the base of stems. That could just be a rouge seed but most likely a banana.

Banana, pollen sack. Not a hermie but you'll want to get rid of it. Get some scissors and cut that bit out. Check the full plant to make sure its not got any sacks that have burst.
