Autoflower light cycles - adjusting mid grow

Autoflowers can grow in pretty much any light cycle. What are your experiences with changing light cycles mid grow? I am currently around Day 24, running 20/4 but the humidity in my grow cabinet at lights off is very high. How would adjusting to 24/0 affect my plants now? Thanks!

It is extremely hard on your lights and the gain vs cost of electricity is not worth it. Plants also need a resting time. I use to do 20/4 for a long time. I just went to 18/6 not long ago.

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Got a Mars Hydro TS600, will it do alright?My plan is to grow only 1 plant, in a 40x40x120 tent. I know the tent is pretty small but hopefully i can do some training on the plant to grow wide

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Review this model or help me create a DIY COB plus IR plus UVB grow light.I've very limited variety of lights in this country so this is all I can find. Also there are no suppliers who provide spectrum charts or any temperature values for those lights. My goal is to make it with the best possible light spectrum. Having IR's also will help on cold days.

Leaves drooping after switching from MH to HPS light for flowering. Is this expected?Flowering started on auto, switched light from MH to HPS 4 days ago. Same power, same ballast, different bulb vendor:
- 150W MH from Superplant at 5000 K
- 150W HPS MASTER SON-T APIA Plus from Philips at 1950 K
Flowering continues but leaves started to droop, plant looks sad
