You'll have to get a feel for it. It depends on the size of your grow area as well. For seedling I'd jack that shit up to the top and maybe 10-20%. They don't need much at all. 3-4 nodes I'd drop to 24" 30%, then up 10% ever 4-5 days. In flower you should be up to 100% 16-18" if you're in a 4x4. For then veg % monitor node spacing if they're getting lanky up the %, if nodes are ridiculously tight and you're seeing the leaves curl up into a canoe turn that shit down.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Is 500 ppfd on new seedlings ok?My light dimmer only lowers to 500 ppfd. I’m starting autoflower seedlings in a space tote before I move them into my perpetual harvest tent. I’m currently propping the light on its side so that the indirect light only hits around 300-400, as an attempt to reduce light bleaching.
