Well, because its like asking if does using 6.01 ph water, make the plant grow faster compared to using 6.02 ph water. It might, but maybe having a look into the other factors might add some clarification to the interpretation of the results, but it does it really matter at all? Sure the moon might have some effect, but for real it depends on what ur growing, and where u'r growing, if u get good ppfd reading during the night time purelly from the reflected light from the moon during flowering, then sure it will add some stress, but if ur growing auto's, indoors, have a cover, a tent, whatever it takes to remove the damage these other factors, like the light reflected by the moon, the bugs being more active, the pull from the moon slightly removing the downwards force on the stems, and whatever else, then yeah, if you can remove the bad stuff from it, then it will exert no effect at all. But do you own testing, nothing like trying it out yourself, its fun too, statistically its even possible for you to have a bigger and better harvest from a harvest without following the moon calendar than the follow up harvest with consideration to moon phases but having some other factor affecting growth and ending up with a lower weight and quality.
