LED 600W Light Distance Requirements.

Hello everyone, I have a 60x60x140cm tent and I'm using a 20L/5gal pot and a 600w LED. I was wondering with each growth stage what distance should I keep my lights from the top of my plant?
Currently for my seedling I've got it at 38" and I have about 10" more space to go up.

Joooo. 600W (real) watts in a 60x60 is overkill!!
A 600W HPS is good for 1.2m2 and 400W for 1m2.
Around 150-250W will fit a 60x60.
The light mostly has a PAR map. This, together with the hanging height will give you an idea about how high the light should be.
Look at internet for how much PAR a plant need in every stage.

i doubt your lamp is 600 real watt, if it's a real 600w led then it's definetely over scaled for your tent.
some brand don't give the real wattage of their lamp.
more detailed info on your grow light, brand, manufacturer, model would help us give you an appropriate answer to your question

opinion on bud maturity ?About 6 weeks since flip from flower and wanted to know if the orange/browning of the white pistils means that the bud has already reached its max size and will only ripen ,but bud sizes look pretty small to me does this mean yield will be low ? or am i just overthinking.
