What are these leaves doing? What should be my next move?

When the leaves point up like that its usually a sign of to much light, as long as the leaf color by the edges and tip are green your all good. I would raise it a little and see if they flatten out. Its usually only a seedling thing as they get use to the light intensity quickly. Happy Growing

Do not panic. Your sprout is setting it's first set of true leaves. They often can look less than perfect (being born is hard). Over the next couple weeks the plant should grow and look more "normal". Also, do not freak out when the first two cotyledon false leaves turn yellow and fall off. That is normal.

Hi there Gj, so looks like it's fine to me. If you ever see some kind of timelapse video of a plant, you will notice this kind of behaviour , like the plant will sort of breathe in and out when it has growth spurts. Just one thing to be careful about, i dont really know about your soil, i suspect it's actually not fully soil or maybe not soil at all, it could be peat moss. I would really double check if i were you because it can have some big implications in how you grow , for example adding calmag . It looks like your plant will need calmag quite soon which is common for peat moss but not for soil. Hope this helps ! 🚀
