Hello. What I found reduces them quickly is a vacuum. Don't get it too close and hurt your plants but you can wave it around the soil every couple of hours (if you can) to reduce them quickly. If you want them gone you have to attack them in the soil. Order Nematodes at the garden center. Use diatomaceous earth on the soil and water it in. please look up Pyrethrin Insecticide power. Please look up Spinosad to spray right on the soil. Weird spore that attacks bugs in the soil and on the plant. And they are right lower the water use. Chuck.

Yellow sticky traps to lower the population of ones that are flying, and water infused with Mosquito Bits to kill off the ones hatching and breeding in the soil. A couple weeks of treatment and they'll be gone.

You most like got them cos of overwatering, high temperatures and high humidity this is what gnats love. I have had this problem in past. I suggest u let ur plants dry out so they are nearly dry!! Keep temperature below 26c and get some neem oil and spray them a tiny bit on top of the soil!!! That’s what I would do!!! Hope it helps good luck brother need any other help message me!!!!!

They are attracted to yellow so yellow sticky traps will work. They like to lay their eggs in wet substrate.
