Two days ago I opened up the grow tent to check on my girls(strawberry cough) and noticed a couple Flys, yesterday even more so I did the neem oils( warm with soap) n sticky trap. This morning a shit ton more. Any advice?

My advice. It sounds like a heavy infestation. Try to kill as many by hand first to get ride of the adults , add sticky traps to catch what ever is airborne, add more circulation around plants to make it harder for the fly to actually fly . Apply more neem oil To kill eggs , keep a dry medium most importantly with out a food source they will want to leave . Black flys

You have to discover where they are coming from. Do you have leaves on the floor that are spoiling? Is the room outside the tent dirty? Unfortunately, strains like strawberry cough do attract more pests. If your environment is clean, all you can really do is continue treating with neem oil and trapping. I also recommend looking into bud washing once you harvest. Seems counterintuitive, but it will make sure you're not smoking bugs and fecal matter. Trichomes dont dissolve in water, so it shouldnt hurt your final product. The 3 bucket method for bud washing is best. Good luck friend!

Growth is twisted. Is it because of Fungus gnats ?I have fungus gnats (black flies) for less than a week. Temp 29°c, water Ph was at 7 (now 6.5). I didn't think there were so many flies but look at those twisted leaves on 2 plants ! I've put some Diatomaceous Earth yesterday.

What are they? Pinhead size, many, soiltopWhole bunch of these guys living on my soil (BuildaSoil 3.0, second run - re-amended).
They aren't messing with the stalk or plants, can't see the roots obviously though.
I hope and assume some kind of predator mite but there are a metric buttload of these little bastards.
